Help Hair Shake Almond Delight
1 heaping scoop Vanilla Help Hair® Shake
Almond Milk 350-450 ml
Frozen Banana
Ground Cinnamon
One of our most popular drinks!
(Add Greek Yogurt for extra protein and a creamy flavour)

Chocolate Peanut Butter Help Hair® Shake
1 heaping scoop Help Hair® Shake
1 level table spoon Nuts4Hair
Frozen banana
Blend with 350-450ml Almond Milk
350-450 ml of water
(Add extra Peanut Butter for more Protein)

Help Hair® Shake All Star Daily Power Workout
1 heaping scoop Help Hair® Shake
Mix with your favourite yogurt or nut butter for extra protein
Blend with 350-450 ml of water (Use Coconut Milk to add even more protein)
Crushed ice
1-2x per day

Coco's Creamy Cooler
For Thinning Hair After Birth - (non-lactating women) or menopause
1 heaping scoop Help Hair® Shake
Fat free yogurt
Apple pectin
Crushed ice (Substitute for Almond or Coconut Milk if preferred)
1-2x per day

Help Hair® Super Speedy Mocha Hair Shake:
1 heaping scoop Help Hair® Chocolate Shake
1 scoop of instant coffee (80-100mg caffeine)
Blend with ice and water or milk. Do not heat.
A small amount of Caffeine has been shown to increase hair regrowth.

Help Hair® Peppy’s Hot and Spicy Hair Shake:
1 heaping scoop Help Hair® Vanilla Shake
1/2-1 tsp of crushed chili peppers. Add slowly to taste.
Mix with 350-450 ml of water.
1-2x per day
